Design Manager with expertise in the research and development of tech-based products and services to support the treatment and management of long-term health conditions. Nikki is interested in projects that utilise the possibilities of existing and future technologies including sensor-based technology and artificial intelligence to address the “wicked” problems facing us today, such as the increasing pressure on health and social care systems and inequalities in access to healthcare. She is passionate about the interplay of research and design, which can be used to create technologies that are not only functional, but also desirable to those that may benefit from them.
