With 20 years of professional experience including assistive technology, medical devices, domestic products and vehicles; Paul’s work is based upon collaboration and learning with marginalised communities, shared solutions and removing stigma. Paul has worked on research projects since 2004, providing alternative thinking to health issues; developed the Co-Creating Welfare postcards; co-designs digital interfaces for health communication platforms; and teaches co-creation methodology to design students. He has presented user-focused health communication methods at the Royal College of Medicine, design research convergence at the European Academy of Design and is co-author of Design of Assistive Technology for Ageing Populations, published by Springer.
